  • • Developed a multi-source data pipeline (Google Play + App Store) with LLM-powered auto-tagging, word embeddings, cosine similarity, and dynamic clustering into a hierarchical topic taxonomy (Topic > Issue > Sub-issue).
  • • Architected a streaming tagging system with live progress, quality filtering, and a responsive React frontend with comparative analytics, time-series charts, and sentiment word clouds across apps.
  • • Implemented RAG-powered chatbot for natural language Q&A across thousands of reviews, grounded in real user quotes with relevance scores.
